Conference fees

Deadline for authors' early registration is May, 5 2018. Deadline for authors' late registration is May 12, 2018 .

PLEASE fill the registration form as soon as possible as by specified deadlines you MUST also send us the proof of payment. Payment instructions (possible only via bank transfer) will be sent to you after registration. Proof of payment is needed for inclusion of the paper in Conference proceedings. For non-authors, there are no deadlines. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO ADDITIONAL EXPLANATIONS AT THE END OF REGISTRATION FORM.

The conference registration includes:

publishing the paper in proceedings of the Conference, ACM Digital Library
full admission to scientific conference, all plenary sessions and Tutorials
social events (Welcome Reception, Conference Dinner)
lunches and coffee breaks at the Conference venue

PLEASE READ FLOWING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY:

The person indicated above will receive an e-mail from wims2018@pmf.uns.ac.rs with the payment instructions for the bank transfer. The invoice, if requested, will be sent in the same e-mail. A document which confirms that the registration fee is paid should be sent to wims2018@pmf.uns.ac.rs

Important:

The only way FOR AUTHORS to pay the registration fee is by Bank transfer, there is no possibility of payment using credit cards. Please do not forget to specify in Reference field (in the Bank transfer form) the number of your paper and your surname.
BANK TRANSFER EXPENSES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE FEE AND ARE COVERED BY THE PAYER.
For non-authors it is possible to pay the fee at the registration desk where only cash will be accepted.

If it is difficult or impossible for authors/participants to pay registration fee by bank transfer please contact Mirjana Ivanović (mira@dmi.uns.ac.rs) or Miloš Savić (svc@dmi.uns.ac.rs), to try to find some other solutions.

For information about transfers from Belgrade airport to Novi Sad and vice versa please look at the following link. If you would like us to organize the transfer for you please check the preferred options. The price per car (1-3 persons) is 50 EUR, one way.

Notice: If you have selected any of the options above please send the organizers an e-mail with the respective Flight Numbers (inbound and outbound) 2-3 days prior to your arrival to Belgrade. You will pay for the service and get the invoice at the registration desk.
